Centrally located at the entrance to the Inn Valley, our hotel is an excellent starting point for exploring the beauty of the Inn Valley, Kufstein, Chiemgau, and Tegernsee regions, all within easy and quick reach. Our location is also ideal for city trips to Munich, Salzburg, or Innsbruck.

If you're looking for accommodation for yourself or your employees for professional reasons, we're happy to offer our services. We have quiet rooms that are suitable for daytime sleepers and can be darkened. Our fully equipped guest kitchen is perfect for those who want to self-cater and is welcome to use.

What we offer
Enjoy your stay with us, whether you’re on holiday or a business trip.
We place great importance on high-quality, natural materials, which is why our rooms are furnished with Swiss stone pine furniture. The bedding systems we use offer a high level of comfort. Our bedding is made locally from sheep’s wool or merino wool.
The rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and TV, and some have a balcony.
For breakfast, we use exclusively regional and home-grown produce, where available.

Our Wlan is freely available throughout the house. We support good sleep and reduce frequency , during nighttimes the wifi is shut down.

You want to explore our surroundings with your bike, gladly! We advise you on your choice of tour and have safe accommodation for your two-wheeler. Repair stands or tools or cleaning equipment are also available.
If a workshop is required, we have a competent partner for you.

Ich war spontan 1 Übernachtung im Gästehaus Margarita. Ein sehr herzliches Willkommen hat mich sehr gefreut. Die Empfehlung die Pizzeria zu probieren, war super. Sehr lecker und fußläufig erreichbar. Die frei verfügbare Teeküche ist praktisch, wenn man länger verweilt. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig. Selbstgemachter Joghurt und Marmelade versüßen den Tag. Ich komme gerne wieder. 😀

Eines der schönsten Gästehäuser wo ich bis jetzt schlafen konnte unglaublich liebe Betreiber und das macht immer wieder Spaß dort zu übernachten auch der Italiener direkt gegenüber vom Hotel sowie das Café auf der anderen straßenseite sind hervorragend.

Wow, ist das schön hier! Super gemütliche Unterkunft, leider bin ich nur auf der Durchreise. Aber nächstes Mal bleib ich länger. Man wird herzlich empfangen und sogar das Auto wird geparkt (da ich des Einparkens einfach nicht mächtig bin🙈)Die Gastgeber sind eine Eins mit Sternchen :-) Hier fühlt man sich wohl (und der Hund auch).
