Sometimes it's quite easy to escape from the daily hustle and bustle. The question is whether to do it on foot, on a mountain bike, or on a gravel bike :-). Today I decided on a gravel bike.

From the main door, the path leads past the Schwarzlack , a beautiful little chapel, and the highly recommended inn to the Kogl mountain inn . Both establishments offer breathtaking views of the Inn Valley and impress with their culinary specialties.

About 500 m past the mountain inn, the path turns right towards the Schlipfgrubalm and then to my destination for the day, the Schuhbräualm . The path winds along the Kirchbach stream on asphalt and loose gravel.

The last 1.5 km requires a final dose of motivation and muscle strength :-). The varied terrain will also test your balance.

The view of the Wendelstein mountain just behind the Schuhbräualm is worth every drop of sweat on the way up.

Or what do you think about it?

One of the above-mentioned places to stop for refreshments can be used to refuel or enjoy a good beer.
